Wiggler’s main appeal is the combination of speed and power. This, plus his chemistry with Petey and King Boo, makes him a unique player who is a speedy compliment of the often slow “boss” characters. Unfortunately, I honestly don’t think they went strong enough in either direction. His hitting often lacks the “oomph” I want and he’s matched or outpaced by many other quick characters. In addition, he doesn’t have a ton of extra appealing attributes, leaving him at high B.
